Yes. Acenda is an approved, pioneer partner of Macy's Marketplace and has been part of Macy's Marketplace since day one. Macy's publicly lists Acenda among the selected feed aggregators that Macy's Marketplace sellers can use to upload their items.
Where does Macy's list Acenda?
The official Macy's Marketplace FAQ answers "How will I upload my items?" by naming the selected feed aggregators sellers integrate with. Acenda is one of them.
What Acenda handles for Macy's Marketplace
Listings: category attributes, Macy's standard color and size values, and required-field and image checks before sending, with rejections returned as plain-language Suggested Fixes.
Inventory and pricing: stock and price sync, including multi-warehouse setups.
Orders: orders come in, and tracking, cancellations and returns go back to Macy's.
Payouts: weekly escrow payouts matched to the orders, refunds and adjustments behind them.
Other department stores: the same connector supports Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Kohl's and Lowe's.
Does working with Acenda get me approved?
No. Macy's selects a curated group of sellers. Acenda assists qualified brands with introductions and nominations, but an introduction or nomination is not approval. Macy's makes the final decision.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
What are the fees? Macy's Marketplace fees align with industry standard, with exact terms set by Macy's during onboarding. Acenda's fee is separate: a flat rate per channel, never a percentage of sales.
Does Acenda ship Macy's orders? No. Your warehouse or 3PL ships.
