When Acenda lists your items on a Mirakl-powered marketplace, it sends an offer for each item with price, stock, and other details. This article lists which offer fields Acenda sends and which it doesn't.

Logistics class | The shipping class the marketplace uses |
Tax code | The tax code for the item |
Condition | The offer condition, such as New or Refurbished, set per product. Products without a condition use the marketplace default. |

My lead time isn't updating on the marketplace. Acenda doesn't send lead time. Set it in the marketplace's seller portal.
Why does my item show the wrong condition? Acenda sends each product's condition. A product with no condition set uses the marketplace default, and an offer whose condition the marketplace doesn't allow is skipped instead of sent. Some marketplaces, such as Best Buy, need to approve you for refurbished conditions first and can deactivate those offers without approval. Contact Acenda support (9 AM–5 PM PT, Monday to Friday) for help setting product conditions.
Tracking I entered in the seller portal isn't in Acenda. Pulling portal tracking back into Acenda is optional for each connection. Contact Acenda support (9 AM–5 PM PT, Monday to Friday) to turn it on.
Can I ship one order in several shipments? Yes. Acenda supports split shipments by line item on Mirakl orders.
