Product Review Request Emails

Overview:

This feature lets you send emails that remind customers to review products they ordered.

1. From the dashboard click Settings.

   

2. Then click Site Settings.

   The Site Settings page displays.

   

3. Click the Emails Tab.

   The Mail Settings page displays. Product Review Request Emails is the last option shown.

   

4. Enter the desired number of days from the product is ordered to an email is sent requesting a product review. You can leave it set at 0 if you do not want a review request email to be sent.

5. Click Save.
