Customizable Products

In the Products section, you now have the ability to include personalization options for the customer such as custom lettering, numbering, or multiple facets to select from (e.g. right or left-handed).

Once you have created a product, navigate to Products > Products from the dashboard.

From there, you can search for the product in the Search field above. Once you have found the product, click Edit to the right of it to enter the settings section.

In the Information tab, scroll down until you see Personalization Options. Click + Add Option to add an option.

You have three field types to choose from (under Type): String, Number, and List.

String

The resulting custom option will be a string of letters, such as a name to go on the back of a t-shirt.

• Name: The name of the field as it will appear on the product page.
• Min and Max Length: The minimum and maximum number of characters to be allotted to the field.
• Required: Check this box to make the field required to be filled out for a customer to place an order.

Number

The resulting custom option will be a number, such as a number to go on the back of a t-shirt.

• Name: The name of the field as it will appear on the product page.
• Min and Max Value: The minimum and maximum numbers capable of being selected.

List

The resulting custom option will be a list of selectable options.

• Name: The name of the field as it will appear on the product page.
• List Options: Type in each selectable option, then press Tab to enter it.

To delete any option, click on the red trash can icon to the right of it. When you are done entering options click Save in the bottom right-hand corner to save your edits.

The fields will then appear on the product page on your website.
