Shipping Mappings

Shipping mappings connect your Shipping Methods created under Site Settings to the shipping options customers select on channels you sell on like Amazon and Walmart. For instance, if you map one of your Shipping Methods to Amazon standard, any order that comes in from Amazon for shipping level standard will import using that shipping method.

To create shipping mappings, click Channels on the Dashboard, then click Shipping Mappings.

You will be brought to a page that shows every Shipping Method you’ve created with boxes for each channel you are integrated with, such as Amazon and Walmart.

For this example, the created shipping method is for Amazon, and the method is Free Economy. You would click the box under Amazon and select FreeEconomy from the dropdown to map the shipping method to the correct Amazon shipping option.

When you are done making changes scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Shipment Mapping.
