Shipping Methods
Shipping methods are customizable shipping options that will be available to your customers at checkout. If you are selling on channels such as Amazon and Walmart, you can create shipping methods to map to those channels under Shipping Mappings.

To create shipping methods, click Settings on the Dashboard, then click Shipping Methods.
Your default shipping zone is UPS Ground.
You have the ability to sort by ID, name, position, methods, and date modified by clicking the up and down arrows by the column names.
You can also search for individual shipping methods using the search bar above left or filter by date range or various criteria using the Filter button. You can create custom filter criteria by selecting Create New Filter and building queries either manually or with the build feature.
You can delete shipping methods individually by clicking the Delete button or multiple at a time by clicking the boxes in the leftmost column and then clicking With Selected. Click the topmost box to select all methods on screen.

To export the categories to a CSV file click Export.

To create a new shipping method click + New Item. You can also edit existing shipping methods by clicking the Edit button. You will then be directed to the shipping method settings page.
Display Name: The name of your shipping method as it appears to your customers on your website.
Display Position: A numerical ranking which determines where shipping methods appear in relation to each other. Shipping methods with lower number positions will appear before methods with higher numbers.
Status: Set your shipping methods to either active or disabled. Disabled means they will not appear in checkout.
Shipping Zone: The area that your shipping method can ship to, based on zones created in Settings > Shipping Zones. Leave this blank if there are no restrictions on where your shipping method may ship.
Carrier: The carrier you are using for this method. Select from Fedex, UPS, USPS, or Other.
Carrier Method: After you have selected the Carrier, you will see a dropdown menu of more detailed shipping methods such as Standard Overnight. Select the option which best describes your Shipping Method, or choose your own by selecting Other and entering the name yourself.
Delivery Estimates: Manual delivery estimates use the date range you specify in Shipment Date Range to deliver the ETA to the customer upon request. Automatic delivery estimates retrieve the ETA from the carrier itself.
Shipment Date Range: A manual estimation of the delivery time range, in days.
Charge Shipping Based On:

Cart Total: Shipping rates will be based on the total dollar amount of the items in the customer’s cart. Click + Add Range to add one or multiple ranges of dollar totals over which shipping rates will apply.
- Lowrate: The minimum amount the shipping rate applies to. The beginning low rate is $0.
- Highrate: The maximum amount the shipping rate applies to.
- Add Amount: If you have selected flat rate, the flat shipping charge for cart totals in the range you specified. If you have selected percentage, the percentage of cart dollar total to be charged for shipping.

Number of Items: Shipping rates will be based on the total amount of the items in the customer’s cart.
- Lowrate: The minimum amount of items the shipping rate applies to. The beginning low rate is 0 items.
- Highrate: The maximum amount of items the shipping rate applies to.
- Add Amount: If you have selected flat rate, the flat shipping charge for cart item totals in the range you specified. If you have selected percentage, the percentage of cart dollar total to be charged for shipping.

When you are finished making changes, click Save to save your shipping method.
