Test Order Mode

Overview:

We recommend using Sandbox mode to place test orders. In Sandbox mode, you use dummy credit card numbers to test transactions.

Note: Dummy credit card numbers are provided by your gateway processor e.g. Paypal or Stripe.

Prerequisite Steps:

Create either a Braintree Payments or Stripe account.

To use test order mode follow the steps below:

1. From the Dashboard click Payments.

   

2. Then click Payment Platforms.

   The Payment Platforms page displays.

   

3. Activate Sandbox and Enable for your payment processor by checking the boxes.

4. Click Save.

5. Place test orders with the dummy credit card numbers provided to you by your payment processor. Click here for a complete list of Paypal test credit card numbers. Example: Visa 4111 1111 1111 1111

Note: Remember to deactivate Sandbox mode when you are finished testing.
