Sell on Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM)

Overview:

Selling on Amazon has never been easier.  Acenda is natively integrated with Amazon Seller Central.

Acenda's Amazon integration allows you to sync your items and inventory in real time with Amazon Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) & Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and seamlessly receive and update orders.

To get started follow the steps below:

Setup Amazon Seller Central
1. Create an Amazon Seller Central Account.
2. Set your Shipping Rates and Sales Tax Settings within Amazon Seller Central.
3. Add the USA in Billing Countries (Acenda Admin > Payments > Billing Countries) and Shipping Methods (Acenda Admin > Settings > Shipping Methods).
4. Activate/Register "Amazon Marketplace Web Service" (Amazon MWS).
5. Log in and select the radio button "I want to access my own Amazon seller account with MWS." and click Next
6. Agree to the Amazon MWS terms. Document your AWS credentials. You'll need them later.
  • Seller ID
  • Marketplace ID: You must copy the value for the Amazon.com ID. Note the red star in the screenshot above.
  • AWS Access Key ID
  • Secret Key
Acenda Setup
1. From the Acenda dashboard click Services
2. Then click Services Library
The Services Library displays. Locate the Amazon Seller Central services tile.
3. Click Add Service
+ Enlarge Graphic

4. Enter the Service details:

  • Status: Activate or De-active the Amazon service.
  • Title: Name your Amazon Service, eg. MyStore Amazon.
  • Seller ID, Marketplace ID, AWS Access Key ID, AWS Secret Access Key: Enter the credentials from your Amazon account.
  • Product Filter: You can adjust the query to only upload select items to Amazon.  The default is set to: {"amazon_enabled": true }
  • Shipping Service ID Standard: Enter the ID for the Shipping Method that you wish to associate with Amazon's Standard Shipping method.  The ID is located at Acenda Admin > Settings > Shipping Method. See example below.
  • Shipping Service ID Expedited: Similar to Shipping Service ID Standard above. This value is associated with Amazon Expedited Shipping method.  If you do not offer Expedited Shipping then enter the value for Standard shipping here (eg. 2888249).
  • Shipping Service ID Overnight: Similar to Shipping Service ID Standard above. This value is associated with Amazon Expedited Shipping method.  If you do not offer Expedited Shipping then enter the value for Standard shipping here (eg. 2888249).
  • Alert Email Address: Enter a valid email address where Amazon alert emails will be sent to.
  • Email Feed Status Updates:  Checkbox if you want to receive email updates for feeds.
  • Price Override Twig Template:  Enter a valid twig command to manage and manipulate pricing on Amazon.  The default value is {{variant.price}}
  • Import FBA Orders: Check this box if you want to import Amazon FBA orders.  If you are using Acenda to also fulfill FBM orders then we recommend filtering the FBA orders out of your Recurring Export Service -- this will prevent you from double shipping the FBA orders with your FBM fulfillment.
5. We recommend using the Product Import tool to flag the items that you wish to be active on Amazon with the amazon_enabled variable set to 1 or 0.

 Alternatively, you can flag the products that you wish to make active on Amazon by using the Product Admin tool.
