Follow this guide to integrate your store directly with Mailchimp. This adds new store subscribers' emails directly to your Mailchimp subscriber list.

To setup the Mailchimp integration, follow the steps below:

  1. Create a Mailchimp account.

  2. Login to your Mailchimp Dashboard.

  3. Navigate to Customer on the dashboard, then click Account.

  4. Click Extras, then click API keys.

    The Your API Keys page displays.

  5. Click Create A Key.

    The generated API key displays.

    Next, you will need to locate the List ID for your primary MailChimp subscriber list.

  6. Navigate to the Lists page.

  7. Navigate to the Stats drop-down next to your List and select the Settings option.

  8. Scroll down and identify the Unique Id for your list.

To complete the Mailchimp integration, follow the Store Settings steps below:

  1. From the dashboard click Services.

  2. Then click Service Library.

    The Service Library page displays. Locate the Mailchimp service.

  3. Click Add Service.

  4. Complete the Mailchimp Service Form:

    • Status: Toggle the service on/off.
    • Title: A friendly name for your service (eg. Mailchimp Integration).
    • Mailchimp API Key: Insert the API Key from Step 5 above.
    • List Unique ID: Insert the Unique ID from Step 8 above.
    • Double Opt In Enabled: Checkbox this if you want to enforce double-opt in for new subscribers.
  5. Click Save.
