How to cancel a sales channel or close your Acenda account

Disconnect one or more sales channels or close your Acenda account with the closure form, written notice and an e-signature agreement.

To cancel a sales channel or close your Acenda account, complete the Acenda Channel Closure form and send Acenda written notice. Acenda then generates an e-signature agreement, and signing it triggers the closure. You can disconnect one or more channels (a partial closure) or close your whole Acenda account (a full closure).

Before you close a channel

Important: Before you close a channel, ship all pending orders and confirm that every fulfillment has synced to the marketplace. Set the channel's items to offline so nothing new sells, and tell the marketplace directly that you're closing your account there. Orders that come in after a channel is disconnected may not reach Acenda.

  • Ship all pending orders and confirm that the fulfillments synced to the marketplace.

  • Set the channel's items to offline so nothing new sells. See How to stop selling an item.

  • Notify the marketplace that you're closing your account with them.

  • Send written notice to Acenda. Email [email protected] from an email address on your official corporate domain, or send certified mail to our address: Acenda, 8400 Miramar Rd, Suite 290, San Diego, CA 92126.

Request a channel closure or account closure

All three steps are required.

  1. Complete the Channel Disconnection or Account Closure Request form. Choose a partial channel disconnection or a full account closure, list the channels to disconnect, and enter your effective date and reason.

  2. Send written notice to Acenda. Email [email protected] from an email address on your official corporate domain, or send certified mail to our address: Acenda, 8400 Miramar Rd, Suite 290, San Diego, CA 92126.

  3. Sign the e-signature agreement. After you submit the form and written notice, Acenda generates an e-signature agreement. Allow 2 business days for Acenda to generate the e-signature agreement. The closure is triggered only once that agreement is signed electronically.

Tip: Open the form directly here: Channel Closure form.

What happens next?

  • Timing: Allow 2 business days for Acenda to generate the e-signature agreement.

  • Once the agreement is signed electronically: the partial or full closure is triggered. Until then, nothing closes.

  • Billing questions: Acenda Support can confirm the details for your account.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

  • Can I close just one channel and keep the rest? Yes. Choose partial channel disconnection on the form and list only the channels to disconnect.

  • Is the form enough on its own? No. You also need to send written notice and sign the e-signature agreement. Email [email protected] from an email address on your official corporate domain, or send certified mail to our address: Acenda, 8400 Miramar Rd, Suite 290, San Diego, CA 92126.

  • When does the closure take effect? Only once the e-signature agreement from Acenda is signed. Signing it electronically is what triggers the closure.

  • Can I pause a channel instead of closing it? Contact Acenda Support to ask what's possible for your account.
