Target Plus Repricer is an optional tool in your Target+ Partner Portal that sets an item's regular price automatically, and while an item is enrolled, Target ignores price updates sent from Acenda. If you changed a price in Acenda and Target+ didn't update, check Repricer first.
What does Repricer do?
Repricer compares market prices daily and adjusts the item's regular price on Target Plus within a minimum and maximum price you set. It publishes the new price without asking you to approve it, and it never goes outside your limits. You can opt in, pause or opt out at any time.
How Repricer affects Acenda
Price updates are paused: While an item is enrolled, Target doesn't apply new prices sent from Acenda for that item.
Acenda promotions aren't applied: Sale prices that Target didn't set, including Acenda price promotions, don't apply while Repricer is active.
Target-run promotions: Repricer pauses about a week before a Target-run promotion and stays paused until it ends. The promotion discount is based on the last regular price before the event.
Choose who controls the price
Let Target reprice: Set sensible minimum and maximum prices in Repricer. Your minimum price plus any shipping cost can't be more than your maximum price.
Keep pricing in Acenda: Leave the item out of Repricer and manage prices and promotions in Acenda as described in How to update pricing manually or in bulk.
Switch an item back to Acenda pricing
In your Target+ Partner Portal, remove the item from Repricer or opt out. Setting a Repricer rule to Inactive stops repricing but keeps items assigned to it.
Send a fresh price from Acenda, as described in How to update pricing manually or in bulk. Target keeps the current price until it receives a new one. If the price in Acenda is already correct and nothing goes out, contact Acenda Support to have it sent again.
Check the price on Target+ after the next price update.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
I changed the price in Acenda, but Target+ didn't update. Why? The item may be enrolled in Repricer. Check your Target+ Partner Portal. If it isn't enrolled, check for a custom channel price or a running promotion in Acenda.
Why isn't my Acenda promotion showing on Target Plus? Repricer doesn't apply sale prices that Target didn't set. Remove the item from Repricer if you want to run the promotion from Acenda.
Will Repricer go below my minimum price? No. Repricer stays within the minimum and maximum you set.
Who do I ask about Repricer settings? Repricer is a Target tool, so open a case with Target Plus support for questions about rules and limits.
