Extensiv offers several products, and Acenda can work with three of them. Most accounts use Extensiv Integration Manager, formerly CartRover. This article explains each connection and what it syncs.
The three Extensiv connections
Connection | What syncs |
Extensiv Integration Manager (formerly CartRover) | The most used connection. Acenda sends orders, gets shipments and tracking back, and receives stock. It's the usual route to warehouses that run 3PL Warehouse Manager. |
Extensiv Order Manager (formerly Skubana) | Acenda sends orders, gets shipments and tracking back, syncs cancellations both ways, and receives your product list and stock. |
Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager (direct) | Available as a direct connection. Most warehouses using 3PL Warehouse Manager connect through Integration Manager instead. |
How to choose
Your 3PL uses 3PL Warehouse Manager: connect through Integration Manager, unless Acenda support recommends the direct connection.
You run your operations in Order Manager: use the Order Manager connection.
How to add an Extensiv connection
Go to ORGANIZATION > Integrations. The integrations page opens.
Click + New in the Fulfillment Providers section. The provider list opens.
Select the Extensiv connection you need and click + Add. For the remaining settings, see How to connect a fulfillment provider.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
I'm not sure which Extensiv product my 3PL uses. Ask your 3PL. Most use 3PL Warehouse Manager, which connects through Integration Manager.
Stock isn't updating from Extensiv. Check that the connection is enabled and healthy. See Troubleshooting: "Connection Unhealthy" integration warning.
Does the Order Manager connection send my listings? No. Order Manager receives orders and sends back shipments, cancellations, products, and stock.
