UO MRKT is the Urban Outfitters marketplace for curated third-party brands. Acenda brings your UO MRKT orders into Acenda, sends tracking back, and syncs return status. This article explains how orders and returns work on UO MRKT.
How UO MRKT orders flow
UO MRKT orders come into Acenda automatically. They appear in Orders with your other channels.
Ship the order from your warehouse or 3PL. Acenda sends the tracking back to UO MRKT.
Review any cancellations. Acenda syncs order cancellations from UO MRKT.
How returns work
UO MRKT returns go directly back to you, the seller. Shoppers can't return marketplace items to Urban Outfitters stores.
Each seller sets its own return window and process, shown in the listing's Shipping + Returns section.
Urban Outfitters says most UO MRKT sellers include a prepaid return label.

Pricing and listings
Urban Outfitters' seller agreement requires your marketplace prices to stay consistent with your other sales channels. Acenda keeps your UO MRKT inventory and prices in sync and checks your listings before they are sent.
Note: Acenda connects to UO MRKT only. Anthropologie and Free People marketplace programs are separate and aren't covered by this connection.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
A shopper wants to return a UO MRKT item to a store. Marketplace items go back to you, not to Urban Outfitters stores. Follow your own return policy.
Tracking isn't showing on UO MRKT. Check that the order has tracking in Acenda. See How to add tracking information to an order.
An order came in for a SKU that isn't in Acenda. See Troubleshooting: "Orders Need Attention. There are currently X orders for SKUs that do not exist in our system.".
Can I sell on Anthropologie or Free People through this connection? No. Acenda connects to UO MRKT only.
