Faire is a wholesale marketplace where retailers buy products from brands. Acenda connects to Faire as a wholesale listing flow, so you can manage your Faire listings from the same catalog you use for your other channels. This article explains what that means and how to get started.
What the Faire connection is
The Faire connection is a wholesale listing flow, not an open third-party seller marketplace. Retailers on Faire buy your products at wholesale, and you list those products from your Acenda catalog.
Note: The Faire connection isn't available in every account today. Contact Acenda support (9 AM–5 PM PT, Monday to Friday) to check whether it can be enabled for you before you plan a Faire launch.
How to request a Faire connection
Contact Acenda support (9 AM–5 PM PT, Monday to Friday) and ask about connecting Faire. Acenda support confirms whether the connection can be set up for your account.
Make sure the items you want to sell on Faire exist in your Acenda catalog. See How to import product data into Acenda if you still need to add them.
Follow the setup steps Acenda support shares with you. Once the connection is active, it appears under ORGANIZATION > Integrations in the Sales Channels section.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
I don't see Faire in the list of sales channels. The Faire connection is set up with Acenda support rather than added from the list. Contact Acenda support (9 AM–5 PM PT, Monday to Friday).
Is Faire a marketplace where I sell directly to shoppers? No. Faire is a wholesale marketplace. Retailers buy from you there, and they sell to shoppers.
Do I need a separate product catalog for Faire? No. You list Faire products from the same Acenda catalog you use for your other channels.
